The Role

We are currently looking for  a senior energy manager/director to provide strategic energy management, by introducing supply and demand energy reduction strategies, full energy compliance and holistic approach to energy expansion  and renewable technologies

Experience and qualifications

To be considered for this role you must be educated to degree level or PHD level.

An appropriate energy related qualification or equivalent in the building services engineering.

Extensive knowledge of the principal techniques and technologies which support the efficient use of energy in commercial, Research and Defense buildings.                                                          

Project management and business development experience, with a proven ability to overcome objections.

Extensive working knowledge of BMS and control theory.

Job Purpose

To Collect information on the characteristics of air passengers through face-to-face interviews at air-side locations.

1. To approach air passengers to seek their co-operation with the survey

2. To obtain accurate information from air passengers both on their journey and their personal details using a pre-set questionnaire

3. Use judgement to consider the answers given to questions and probe where these seem unusual or inconsistent and revise the recorded answer if appropriate. Indicate on the questionnaire where it is believed that false information has been deliberately given.

4. Maintain a strict systematic random sampling scheme to ensure integrity of survey results

5. On a rotating basis act as shift team leader, ensuring that the team are in place on time, maintain productivity, dealing with any problems and liaising with HQ staff as appropriate.

6. As a “public face” of our client, to ensure that conduct and appearance are professional at all times.

You must be flexible with hours, as you will need to be able to work alongside the busiest passenger times at the relevant airport.

The role will involve lifting paper box’s and moving them around.

We are currently recruiting for both part and full time multi drop drivers. A full driving licence is required and must be able to drive vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

Need to have a professional attitude as you could be driving for up to 8 hours a day during unsociable hours and peak traffic.
