Brief job description:

The role is primarily focused at telephone and letter communication with customers who are in various levels of arrears or debt.

Communication with good negotiation skills to reach beneficial arrangements with yourself and the customer.

The type of debt or arrears you would be dealing with is Bank accounts, Loans, Credit Cards and motor finance accounts.

Training and development programme is given and ongoing and with the growth of the business career progression is very much available and encouraged and supported for those that wish to build a career.

The following skills are preferred but not essential as full training will be given:

Excellent communication skills and to be able to negotiate effectively on a range of debts and balances.

Computer literacy and experience of working with queue based collections systems , which includes using  dialler technology.

Problem solving and decision making, these are the key skills when using your own initiative on the telephone.

Operation Hours:

37.5 Hours a week

Location: Worthing West Sussex

Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm Friday - 8am - 7pm and Saturday - 9am - 1pm

Shift patterns:

8am - 4.30pm then 11.30am - 8pm Monday to Thursday, and 10.30am -7pm Friday

Site Supervisor - Chertsey- £28,000

A vacancy has arisen for a multi disciplined site supervisor.

Basic details of job:

Essentially a hands on role including the supervision of a dedicated team of engineers carrying out PPMs reactive and breakdown works on a private estate. This will entail:

Attending weekly and monthly client facing meetings

Planning and carrying out PPMs to electrical and mechanical equipment

Responding to reactive works as requested by the client

Identifying and reporting/repairing defects found as a result of PPM or recative works

Keeping records as required

Participation on the call out rota

Participating on a shift rota from June to September (not night work)

Applicants will need their own transport to get to the sight. Site based vehicle during working hours

Qualifications:

Recognised trade qualifications in either electrical or mechanical engineering, preferably with supervisory experience.

AP/LV appointed would be an advantage

Excellent communication skills and an “i can do that” attitude are essential as is smart appearence

Job Purpose

To Collect information on the characteristics of air passengers through face-to-face interviews at air-side locations.

1. To approach air passengers to seek their co-operation with the survey

2. To obtain accurate information from air passengers both on their journey and their personal details using a pre-set questionnaire

3. Use judgement to consider the answers given to questions and probe where these seem unusual or inconsistent and revise the recorded answer if appropriate. Indicate on the questionnaire where it is believed that false information has been deliberately given.

4. Maintain a strict systematic random sampling scheme to ensure integrity of survey results

5. On a rotating basis act as shift team leader, ensuring that the team are in place on time, maintain productivity, dealing with any problems and liaising with HQ staff as appropriate.

6. As a “public face” of our client, to ensure that conduct and appearance are professional at all times.

You must be flexible with hours, as you will need to be able to work alongside the busiest passenger times at the relevant airport.

Maintenance Supervisor- £30,000- RAF Brize Norton

A vacancy has arisen for a supervisor, in AD&N based at the facilities services office at Royal Air Force Brize Norton, Oxfordshire.

With prime responsibility of delivering planned maintenance, the maintenance supervisor will assist the contract manager in providing all aspects of the maintenance system and arising remedial repairs.

Duties will include:

Manage the team to carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on all associated equipment.

First line management of absence, sickness and leave for technical staff

Supervision of sub contractors to ensure compliance with current legislation and safety rules

To maintain an up to date record of work carried out on the plant and the equipment and the site asset register.

To manage emergency call out rotas and to provide technical support as and when required

To ensure suitable and sufficient materials are available to carry out the tasks

To plan and deliver toolbox talks and to adhere to legislation and procedures

To provide feedback on current work status to manager and client

To carry out any reasonable request

To obey client and company safety rules and to maintain a high standard of discipline

Qualifications and Experience

 Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience, ideally with management qualifications

Knowledge of boiler and pressure systems (LTHW and HTHW)

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning

ACOP L8 prevention of legionella in water systems

Water regulations 1999

Gas installation/maintenance

Compressed air systems

Distribution and storage of petroleum, oils and lubricants

Electricity at work regulations - inspection and testing

Valid full driving licence

Other Requirements

Smart presentable appearance

Personable and appearance

Flexible and adaptable, willing to assist other trades

Good communication skills

Willing to train to CP standard and to adopt the role if required

Willingness to learn new skills and embrace procedures

Clean full driving licence
